An overview of the management plans for the Cozy Point Parcels including Cozy Point Ranch, Aspen Mass, Cozy Point South, Aspen Mass, Mills and CDOT Intercept Lot.  The document encompasses the results of Historical and Biological Resource surveys from 2011 in conjunction with 2015 field studies, creating recommendations based land use and conservation actions.
